Rylee Lydon, representing TNT Track and Field Academy and Prairie Ridge High in Illinois, won the women's 17-18 heptathlon title with 4,677 points at the USATF National Junior Olympic Track and Field Championships at Hornet Stadium at Sacramento State. Lydon, entering her senior year, accumulated 4,784 points in her heptathlon debut at the Region 7 meet in July to qualify for nationals. Lydon also anchored TNT Track and Field Academy in the 4x400 relay to advance to the final in 3:56.14.
